Position Overview: HR Fresher
As an HR Fresher at Bytes Technolab, you’ll embark on a journey to learn and contribute to the core HR functions. We’re looking for candidates who are eager to grow professionally, innovate within the HR space, and make a positive impact on the lives of employees within our organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Fresher, you will:
- Assist in Talent Acquisition: Learn how to identify and recruit top talent for various roles within the company.
- Support Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives that help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Contribute to People Analytics: Gain hands-on experience with HR metrics and data to improve decision-making and HR processes.
- Help Build a Strong HR Foundation: Work closely with senior HR professionals and assist in creating HR policies, processes, and programs that support business objectives.
- Learn & Grow: Engage in continuous learning opportunities to develop your HR knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.
Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Freshers with no prior experience in HR but with a passion for learning and growing in the HR field are encouraged to apply.
- Education: A degree in any field, though a background in Human Resources or related fields is an advantage.

- Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office – WFO)
