Role Overview
We are currently hiring female recruiters for the following segments:
- IT Recruitment: Hiring for software developers, analysts, architects, DevOps, and more.
- Non-IT Recruitment: HR, marketing, operations, administration, and logistics roles.
- BFSI Recruitment: Specialized recruitment for banks, insurance firms, NBFCs, and financial consultancies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 6 years in any recruitment domain
- Background: Must be from a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency
- Gender: Female candidates only
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or those with up to 30 days' notice
- Location: Remote/WFH options available across India

The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has a passion for recruitment and understands the full lifecycle of hiring
- Is target-driven and excels in closing positions with precision
- Has experience handling clients or internal stakeholders independently
- Brings excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is proficient in using job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
Job Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Manage a high volume of roles with a fast turnaround time
- Contribute to team targets and individual closures
- Track progress through recruitment dashboards and reports
