Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Information Developer Associate to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, writing, and coding online help, user guides, installation manuals, and release-related documentation for our business software solutions. This role involves close collaboration with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish online user and administrator content, including new release materials.
• Research and organize content for various documentation projects.
• Adhere to and develop technical writing competencies in line with the company's style guidelines.
• Edit materials for clarity, organization, and adherence to standards; implement feedback from mentors and content analysts.
• Engage with the company's software applications to build a strong knowledge base for creating user documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Information Design, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Exceptional command of English grammar and structure.
• Proficiency with information development authoring tools; ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Strong PC skills, including knowledge of various operating systems, file management tools, and common MS Office applications.
• Preferred: Industry-specific knowledge or experience, technical writing internship, familiarity with markup languages and graphics tools.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Effective time management skills to ensure successful completion of tasks.
